At Our Savior Lutheran Church Whitefish Bay, we are blessed with a congregation that continue to grow in faith and service. To faithfully care for the gifts God has entrusted to us, we are undertaking a building renovation project that will strengthen our facilities for worship, Christian education, and fellowship. These improvements are not about change for its own sake, but about equipping our church to better serve Christ and His people now and for generations to come.
The renovation project at Our Savior is designed to strengthen both the beauty and the usefulness of God’s house. On the exterior, plans include improving the main entryway to provide a more welcoming entrance for members and visitors, and the addition of a prominent bell tower—a visible witness in our community and a reminder of the call to gather around Word and Sacrament.
Inside, the sanctuary will undergo thoughtful beautification, highlighting the centrality of Christ in our worship and creating a space that reflects the reverence and joy of the Divine Service. In addition, we are adding a family restroom, ensuring greater accessibility and care for families with young children and visitors who may need these accommodations.
These renovations are not undertaken lightly, but with prayerful consideration, so that our building continues to serve the Gospel ministry entrusted to us, now and for future generations.
We invite you to join us in this effort through your prayers and your gifts. Every contribution helps us carry out our calling to proclaim Christ crucified and risen, and to hand down the church to the next generation.
